How will I get there?

 

The lodge where we'll stay is in Champion, PA. This is about 1.5 hours from the Pittsburgh International Airport. Ahead of the retreat, we will put all guests in a forum together to introduce ourselves and also allow space for making arrangements for carpooling, etc. There is ample parking at the lodge and roads to get there are paved.

What is included in my stay?

 

Your booking includes accommodations in the room of your choice, all meals, snacks, beverages, housekeeping.

Food includes:

• Friday evening dinner

• Friday night fireside s’mores

• Saturday breakfast

• Saturday lunch

• Saturday night dinner and dessert

• Sunday breakfast

• Sunday picnic lunch
• Sunday dinner
• Monday breakfast

Plus tea, coffee, and lots of snacks for in between meals.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All bookings are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your reservation date. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable unless we can find a guest to take over your spot.
