Wild Granola with Hulless Oats

Jordan Tony
We grew oats for the first time this year and this is the first recipe we came up with to taste test them. They did not disappoint. The homegrown oats have a nuttier flavor and in my opinion the texture is a little better than the boxed store-bought oats. Once everything is mixed up and baked though this is delicious with store-bought oats as well. We included a variety of wild fruit that we harvested and preserved this Spring, but you can substitute whatever you have available.
